Bought a new RV with this refrigerator in it. After first winter it wouldn't get cold any more. Had it repaired under warranty. Now after second winter having the same problem. Wouldn't recommend anybody buy this piece of junk.

I tried to switch the door handles from the left to the right but the magnet would not catch. I followed the directions in the manual but no luck. I'm very disappointed.

We really like the refrigerator, it is exactly like our old one in our RV. The issues I have are with the shipping department, every week for 6 weeks they told our retailer that it was shipping that week and they never received it. Then on the fifth week that told our retailer that it had been sitting on the shipping dock for 2 weeks and it would that Tuesday but it didn't. We finally received it a week later. I tried talking to Customer Service but they couldn't help me, on lady said she would transfer me to someone that could help, but I ended up with someone in Canada and they couldn't do anything for me. I like the product but would never buy anything from Whirlpool that needs to be ordered.

This refrigerator came in a 50K RV I purchased. Freezer has not worked since the day we received the RV. Gasket is bad! RV company says call Whirlpool. Contact Whirlpool and they said they would call back to set an appointment to fix it. They call backafter a few days and say they have used up resources in area and now it is up to me to find someone to fix it and they will reimburse me up to $150 plus parts. Great customer service Whirpool. I will never buy or recommend your products to anyone.

A cold and silent beauty!

We bought this refrigerator approximately a month ago. It works very well and is the most quiet refrigerator we have ever owned. The only drawback is the color black because it shows dust, and fingerprints are difficult to completely remove.We especially like that this model has a dial temperature control rather than a digital control panel. We specifically special-ordered it for the dial control. We hope that Whirlpool always offers appliances with temperature control dials!This 16 cubic foot refrigerator is ideal for single persons, 1 or 2 persons, or anyone who does not purchase large amounts of food. The food is always cold. This is a great refrigerator for the price, and we would buy it again if it is still available in the future.
