This is the second refrigerator I've had delivered in the past month and both have been damaged. The second one is worse than the first. They ordered another one and I'm sure it will be damaged in the same way. The damage and markings are coming from the factory when they crate it. It's been the same problem both times. I am a very disappointed customer.

Only apparent defect is the design if the ice dispenser. Dumps cubes on floor, due to hair trigger on lever. Activates at first touch as opposed to the end of travel indicating that glass is fully inserted. I also had to narrow down the end of chute to keep cubes from going wide. Please forward to engineering dept.

This is our 2nd of this model. Was delivered on 12/6/18. First one lasted about 10 yrs so I really wish they would make things last longer like companies used to. The features I love about this model are the beverage chiller and the deli drawer. What I don't like are: the handles on this one are hollow and they've taken away the grate that sits in the tray under the water dispenser. Other than that, it's basically the same as the one I had to replace. Would have liked an additional option for crushed ice. However, the ice is slightly smaller on the newer model so It's tolerable.

We have been using this refrigerator for 1 week. The French doors are great! So far, we are loving the water and ice in the door, even though the internals take some room out of the refrigerator. We had a hard time getting the temperature set where we wanted it. The digital display on the door is not accurate, so get yourself a good thermometer. There is a lot that can go wrong with this fridge, so we will see how dependable it actually is, in the coming months.

Have had a little over a month. The fridge is GREAT, but the Beverage chiller always jams up and the pad you push buttons on is already coming apart where you push for ice or water. If this had not been I would have given higher marks. It needs to be improved on.

Love the French doors!

Overall I love this refrigerator and I especially love the French doors. They are so much better than a side by side. The negatives are the ice maker storage doesn't hold a lot of ice and it tends to spit the ice at you when you are trying to fill your glass. That may be because the ice triggering device is pretty sensitive. One other little thing is you aren't supposed to clean the front of the refrigerator with paper towels as that can scratch the surface. I'm a big paper towel user so that is a bit of an inconvenience for me. Nothing I can't deal with though.

We purchased from a local small town dealer! Great service and installation. The refrigerator is great. We had a limited area to fit. But with the shelves and bins we are able to use every inch of the ref. Very easy to get items in and out of the ref. Love water and ice on the door. A first for us. Last ref was 26 years old and still running! Hope to add a new dishwasher soon! Shop Local Small town dealers.

Very happy, love the ice/water dispenser on door. Only 2 reasons why not a 5 star - shelf space on doors lacking and noise when running (louder than our old fridge)

I am absolutely in love with this appliance! It has a ton of space with all the different size drawers and compartments and the interior is very well lit, so nothing gets lost in the back. The fantastic tasting water from the built-in ice maker and water dispenser not only make getting your eight glasses of water a day a breeze, you also cut out all the waste from buying bottles of water; and you never have to worry about refilling a water jug so you have fresh clean great tasting water. Just change a filter every six months!

My husband and I are pleased with this fridge. It is very bright inside which we immediately noticed. Made it seem like our old fridge was a dark cave! I like the design and found the meat/cheese drawer placement to be great. Cons are the loss of door space because the ice maker is huge (larger than ones on other models I have owned.) It's also a tad loud when making ice but that's not big deal.

Better than anticipated

Had to buy this model because it was what fit in the space we had. It has worked out well to date. I have never had a bottom freezer with compartments, but I like it. The refrigerator has kept the food and beverages nice and cold. Storage room is good, just had to get used to a new unit and where to put things. I Like the ice and water dispenser and the smaller cubes it makes from what I had. I would recommend this unit.

Love it! Only complaint is it is difficult to catch the ice coming out of the icemaker chute. Usually have ice on the floor.
