I bought this just over a month ago along with a matching washer. Replaced my old 31 year old dryer after my washer began to leak. This dryer is so quick. I dry my clothes in half the time as before. 20-30 minutes for wash & wear and 30 minutes for towels. I have been very impressed. The controls are plain & simple no fancy stuff. Turn a knob, push the button & done. Using low & ex low for all items. Very happy with purchase. Only regret is that I didn't get it sooner.

Replaced a unrepairable power-horse.

Replaced a 43 year old set with matching washer and dryer and couldn't be more pleased. Dryer held the same load I washed which is important! Holds far more than I expected. Operates a lot like my old one which was perfect. A stunning discovery I forgot to look at when I purchased was the lint screen was located in the same place as the old one, with an added cover so you don't have to empty lint screen before folding clothes. Not fond of the lint screens that are located on top so this was a pleasant surprise. Set up and delivery from old school appliance stores makes a difference in balance and operation of a quality product and can add to life of reliable purchase. I am confident that the set that I purchased was the best on the market to replace the set that brought me soo many years of quality service. It has all the settings I had on the previous Maytag. Size of the complete set was a stunning discovery for me. It held all of 2 weeks of laundry, my down comforter I hated taking to laundromats. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever!

Great Expectations

Settling into retirement. Decided to update our laundry appliances. Passed along our Maytag Proforma washer and dryer to a young family. Both running strong. Did a lot of looking and visited several forum's. Decided on Maytag Commerical series. Not quite as many options as the Proforma Series, but everything we needed. Off to a great start!
