We've had this refrigerator for three months and love it. We were so limited on our options due to a smaller 33"'opening. This French door refrigerator provides all the benefits of the larger fridge at a smaller size. Love how organized everything is every time I open it. Absolutely perfect!

I was looking for a smaller refrigerator that had a bottom freezer and double doors on top. None of the other manufactures had one like that, that I could find. They were all too big and my kitchen is small. I like that the water dispenser is on the inside. It has an icemaker also inside. The unit overall is very quiet. I really like the refrigerator it was worth the money.

I've had this fridge for a month now, it has a ton of great features, ice machine, in fridge water dispenser, lots of shelves and drawers for all your needs. My one concern is the curved lid on the deli drawer at the bottom, anything gets dropped on it and it will be cracked!

The water reservoir makes a very disturbing loud noise when dispensing water, when the ice cube tray is filling and when our clothes washer is operating which is on the same water line five feet away. This defect needs to be addressed and corrected. The vegetable/fruit bins & cold cuts tray do not slide well. Is it because the plastic containers are so thinly designed? The water dispenser drips one more drop after release. One must keep the glass under the dispenser and wait. Or the water drop, drops onto the cold cut tray.

I bought this because it is the same model of a vintage retro look stove at Elmira. This is the most retro you can get at a decent price. 22cu. ft. is perfect for a this single lady. Icemaker works great and is fairly quiet. The filtered water in the door gets an F. Awkward placement, takes forever to fill up a glass. You have to hard press the dispenser and hold on to your glass. Drawers work fine. Chime for door open could be a more pleasant sound and louder.

I was very happy to get a refrigerator with French Doors to fit in my 33" space. Other models were too deep or too wide. The interior is much better quality than other brands and the lighting is excellent.It also has a better warrenty on the compressor.

Where to begin...Purchased in January 2018. Freezer door had huge dent and gasket did not seal. Finish coming off hinges. Service call. New door and hinges coming in 8 weeks. Did not have water line hooked up as no real need and that seemed to be where most of the problems were. Had ice maker removed at first service all because it took up so much freezer space. Even with it removed, we have much less freezer space than previous smaller contractor model Whirlpool. Next week, false door alarm going off. Would not stop. Had to turn alarm off. Another service call. Repaired switch. Refrigerator doors did not close evenly (right door stuck out). Serviceman said this is normal. 9 weeks later, new freezer door installed using old gasket which still did not seal properly. Entire inside of first door freezer warped and ice had formed in bottom of freezer. Serviceman explained that was why fridge had been running constantly for 9 weeks. Imagine the electricity we used!! Wrong hinges sent. Would require another service call. Store agreed to replace fridge. New fridge better but still seems so cheaply made. Fridge is somewhat quieter (though still makes so many weird noises) and deli drawer cover does not fall off as it did in first fridge. However, produce drawers and shelf above were sagging. Another service call. New shelf ordered. Shelf arrives. Still sagging. Serviceman determines front brace in shelf frame (original part) is warped. Takes a hammer to it and straightens it out. Much better, but not perfect - and what a great way to fix a defect... We have purchased 16 new appliances in the past 35 years and never had even 1 service call in the first 5 years we owned the product until we decided to go "higher end" and order Kitchenaid. The store where we purchased (not big box store) has been wonderful, but it's ridiculous that we had to spend so much time on service calls. Such a disappointment. Where is the quality control? We like the wine rack, folding shelf, and bright lighting. Really not a fan of the decorative edges on the shelves (harder to clean the shelves) or the overall appearance and handles which are way too big and bulky. Crisper drawers also smaller than previous Whirlpool.

I have an older home with limited space and this fridge fits perfect. I researched all refrigerators and this was the best choice. All my other appliances are Kitchenaid, which I am pleased with do selecting the fridge was easy. Love having freezer on the bottom. So much room in the refrigerator. Love the layout. The inside water dispenser nice feature as well.

I love my French door refrigerator. I've only had it just over a week and the water and ice are not hooked up yet but I'm absolutely loving it! I can see the contents of the refrigerator and the freezer so much better than the old style refrigerator and I love all of the organizing features of it. There's plenty of door storage for condiments and frequently used items. Only downside is that when I open the deli tray the lid slides off as it seems the pegs are not long enough. I don't know if they're supposed to be some type of little caps to fit on those pegs and for some reason I'm missing them or if it is a minor design flaw. I am going to have to address that as it literally comes off every time I open it. I was amazed how much the new refrigerator improves the overall look of the kitchen. I can't wait to get the water line hooked up so I can start enjoying the filtered water and ice.
